European Direct Lending

The Direct Lending strategy focuses on lending to established European medium and large companies, with a focus on the senior secured piece of the capital structure. The strategy provides access to stable cash yielding portfolios with visible capital protection in predominantly financial sponsor-backed transactions.

The loans are directly sourced through the CVC Network and privately negotiated by the investment team, based in London and across Europe.

Capital Solutions

The Capital Solutions strategy focuses on providing capital solutions to established European and US medium and large companies. This investment strategy is focused on providing good quality companies primary junior capital to support M&A, refinancings and/or liquidity events. In addition and in times of dislocation, this strategy can pivot to dislocated secondary investment opportunities. To mitigate risk, the team is very focused on portfolio construction and portfolio diversification.

These investments opportunities are directly sourced through the CVC Network and privately negotiated by the investment team, based in London, New York and across Europe.

CVC-CRED

CVC-CRED is an open-ended semi-liquid private credit vehicle which offers income-focused investors access to CVC’s leading European Private Credit platform and the CVC Network. CVC-CRED offers attractive cash yields and a defensive portfolio positioning, with a focus on senior-secured floating rate loans in high-quality, cash-generative businesses primarily in Northern and Western Europe and a prudent allocation to junior loans. The fund is strategically positioned to utilise the experience of CVC Credit’s leading European private credit team and the broad CVC Network on the robust growth and opportunities within the European private credit market.
