CVC Credit Partners is pleased to announce today that Hamza Filali has joined its European Private Debt team as a Director, based in CVC's Paris office. He will be primarily focused on the origination of private debt opportunities in France and will report to Neale Broadhead, CVC's Head of European Private Debt.
Hamza joins from BNP Paribas where he worked in the Leverage Finance team, both in London and Paris for the last 12 years. Prior to that he spent nearly three years at Deloitte in Paris, latterly in their M&A transaction services group. He was educated at ESCP Europe Business School and also holds a master's degree in business law from Panthéon-Sorbonne.
