Over the past five years Marc was responsible for establishing and managing a dedicated Financing Team within CVC Capital Partners (“CVC”) to advise, manage and execute the financing aspects of CVC's transactions. Over the past three years this team has managed more than €47billion of debt issuance across 47 transactions.
In 2006 Marc, together with David Wood, set up CVC Cordatus (“Cordatus”) as an independent business. Cordatus has $2 billion assets under management and Marc will be joining David, Jonathan Bowers and Iain Parham to seek opportunities for growth.
